Description

As the core equipment of power systems, transformers’ long-term reliable operation is directly tied to the stability and dependability of the entire grid.

In transformer manufacturing, DC resistance testing is a mandatory item for semi-finished/finished product factory inspections, installation handover tests, and preventive testing conducted by power departments. This test effectively identifies defects such as improper coil material selection, welding flaws, loose connections, missing strands, and wire breaks, as well as potential hazards that may emerge post-operation. To address the demand for rapid transformer DC resistance measurement, our company has leveraged its proprietary technical strengths to develop a transformer DC resistance tester. This state-of-the-art instrument is a next-generation fast-testing device integrating three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization functions, making it the ideal solution for measuring DC resistance in large power transformers. Equipped with a true-color high-resolution industrial display, full touch operation, and Chinese menu prompts, it ensures simple, intuitive operation while delivering fast testing speeds, high accuracy, and a broad measurement range.
